First time at Paraclub Namur

You are a skydiver and you want to come jump for the first time (or you haven’t come for a long time) at the Paraclub Namur? You’ve come to the right place, we’re delighted that you want to (re)discover our DZ! 🤩 🪂

Here are some steps to take that are very important for your safety and that of others. We advise you to do all this at home before coming to jump, you’ll save precious time on site. Without having done all of this, you cannot be « manifested ».

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask them at info@paraclubnamur.be, we will be happy to answer.

  1. Register on https://pro.paraclubnamur.be/ and fill in the « Information sheet », « Experience » and « Parachute » tabs (the « experience » and « parachute » tab will remain orange until we validate them on the spot with the help of your log book, rating and the papers of your parachute. Don’t forget them!);
  2. Go to « Assurance/Cotisation »
    • If you want to take out your insurance at the PCN:
      • Choose the option « prise au PCN », accept the conditions and validate.
      • Have the medical certificate completed by a doctor and send it to us at info@paraclubnamur.be;
      • Make the payment of €200 to the account of the PCN (annual fee including club membership and insurance – IBAN: BE26 0689 3803 8729)
    • If you already have insurance in another club
      • Choose the option « prise dans un autre club » and send us the proof by email to info@paraclubnamur.be
      • You can then choose to be a member (22€/jump) or remain a non-member (30€/jump). The annual fee is €100 to be paid on site or directly to the Club’s account (IBAN: BE26 0689 3803 8729)
  3. Watch the safety briefing video here.
  4. Take this quiz. You need a minimum of 23/30 to pass! You can do it again if you get a lower score. Feel free to check your mistakes and contact us if you have any questions.
  5. On your member file, if the « SPO message » tab is in red, it means that there are safety notes that you should read before your next jump. Do not hesitate to do so before joining us.
  6. Confirm with us when everything is in order so that we validate the success of your test. 🙂

You’re almost ready to live your first time to Paraclub Namur! To come, don’t forget to take your jump log, your possible certificates and the papers of your parachute so that we can validate your experience. You will also receive a field briefing before you can fly aboard our Caravan 208! ✈️
